Every bag on this page has been roasted by some of the most dedicated independent roasters working in Indian specialty coffee today. This is not a warehouse catalogue. It is a living, rotating collection of the best coffee beans available right now, curated for flavour, freshness, and the story behind each cup.
Start Here If You Are New to Specialty Coffee
If this is your first time exploring beyond supermarket coffee, the best place to start is a medium roasted Indian arabica or a balanced house blend. Something's Brewing's Famous House Blend and the Humble Bean House Blend are both approachable and forgiving across brew methods. They deliver enough sweetness and body to work well in a French press or drip brewer without asking too much of a new drinker.
The Roasters Behind Every Bag
What sets this collection apart is the quality and intent behind each roaster. Naked Coffee Roasters brings a clean, precision-focused approach to Indian lots, with their Vienna Roast being one of the more distinctive medium dark options here. Genetics Coffee Roasters pushes the experimental end of the spectrum with carefully sourced microlots. Corridor Seven, El Bueno, Coffeeverse, Maverick and Farmer, Broot Coffee, and Siolim Coffee each bring their own philosophy to a collection that captures the full range of what indian specialty coffee looks like today. Explore the brands, read the tasting notes, and let the roasters guide you.
Washed, Natural and Honey Processed Coffee Beans
Processing is one of the most rewarding lenses through which to explore this collection. Washed coffee beans are stripped of their fruit before drying, producing clean, tea-like cups where origin character shines clearly. Natural process beans are dried with the fruit intact, creating full bodied cups with deep, fruity sweetness. Honey processed coffee sits between these two. The outer skin is removed but the sticky mucilage remains on the bean during drying, producing a cup that carries sweetness and body without the intensity of a full natural. The SL28 CM Honey from Genetics Coffee Roasters is one of the most interesting examples of honey processed coffee currently in the collection and a great place to start exploring this style.
Light, Medium and Dark Roasted Coffee Beans
Light roasted coffee beans highlight the natural character of the origin, often producing floral, citrus, or bright fruit notes that reward pour over brewing. Medium roasts are the most versatile on the page, balancing sweetness and body across espresso, French press, and drip. Dark roasts lean toward bold, chocolatey character with fuller body, suited to those who prefer a traditional, robust cup. If you are grinding whole beans at home, a good coffee grinder will make a noticeable difference to the quality in your cup regardless of roast level.
Something Worth Discovering Every Time
The specialty coffee india scene is moving fast, and this collection moves with it. From barrel aged lots to rare microlots and classic single origins, there is always something new to try.
