The brand focuses on crafting exceptional coffee experiences by sourcing high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans from some of India’s most renowned coffee-growing regions, including Coorg and Chikmagalur.

BROOT blends tradition with modern roasting science, using advanced roasting technology such as the CoffeeTech Silon ZR7 to carefully control flavour development and ensure consistency in every batch. Their coffees are roasted in small batches, allowing each origin and blend to express its unique character.

Committed to ethical sourcing, BROOT works closely with local farmers to maintain quality, transparency, and sustainable practices. Their range includes barista-focused home blends, exclusive microlot coffees, and specialized espresso roasts, crafted for both home brewers and cafés.

Available through their online store and select café partnerships, BROOT Coffee Roasters also offers private labelling solutions. With signature blends like Golden Titan, known for its cocoa and toffee notes, and Pure Elegance, a lighter, floral expression, BROOT aims to elevate everyday coffee moments across India.
