What is the difference between cold brew and iced coffee?

Cold brew is brewed at room or cold temperature and iced coffee is brewed hot and flash chilled with ice. In this video, we are going to brew both of these coffees so that you can understand the difference between these two betters.   Cold brew is brewed at room temperature and then either kept in a fridge or served as is. Feel free to add a few cubes of ice to chill it further  To brew your iced coffee, take freshly ground coffee and add it to a V60. Before we start brewing, we take a few ice cubes in the carafe. Now what we do is we are brewing our coffee hot. This will essentially get a lot more of the brightness and acidity out of the coffee, and because we flash chill it, these properties stay in the cup.   Cold brews are usually bolder, nuttier and more chocolatey, and the iced coffee is going to be slightly brighter. Iced coffees are slightly more complex but can’t be stored for very long. The cold brew is slightly more convenient and can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days.
