Budan M100 Professional Coffee Machine

Budan M100 delivers consistent coffee quality, and the user interface is pretty straightforward. The steaming is excellent, and the shots are full-bodied with great crema. However, I noticed that if the machine is used continuously for a long time, it needs a short break to maintain pressure. Not a deal-breaker, but something to keep in mind if you have back-to-back orders.

I’ve been using this machine in my small cafe for a few weeks, and the results are fantastic. The espresso extraction is rich, and the steam wand is efficient for creating silky milk foam. I just wish it came with a slightly longer warranty for added peace of mind. But other than that, it’s one of the best commercial machines in this price range.
