Tasked with conceptualising a retail design project aimed at promoting Indian-grown coffees, he embarked on a mission to develop a comprehensive retail strategy and design solution. He sought guidance and information from the Coffee Board of India in Delhi and Bangalore.

As he delved deeper into the project, his fascination with coffee grew exponentially. Inspired by the intricacies of the coffee-making process, he became determined to refine the retail model.
