How Can I Get a GST Invoice for Credit?

You can enter your billing entity name and GST number in the “Special Instructions for Seller” box at the “view cart” stage.

Additionally, you can contact our Customer support team via WhatsApp (+91 961-130-9091) / email (hello@somethingsbrewing.in) or phone (+91 961-130-9091) and share your GST details. We will generate a GST bill accordingly and share the same with you within 2 working days.

Please note, all GST requests must be made within 7 days of your purchase date, else we will not be able to consider the request.

Does My Order Come With Warranty?

I Want to Service My Product. How Can I Reach Out?

Please reach out to the Customer Support Team via WhatsApp/email/phone. Based on an initial assessment of your issue, an internal ticker will be raised with our service team. Once a service engineer is assigned to your case, they will give you a call within 24-48 hrs and make a site visit, if necessary.

Our service team has 19 service centres across India, and our service engineers visit customers in the proximity of these centres.

If the service engineer is not able to reach your location, you might have to ship your machine to the nearest service centre for repairs.

What Should I Do During Stock Unavailability?

Our products are sourced from domestic as well as international vendors. Some orders take over 60 days to restock. Please check with our customer support team for the lead times.

I Made a Mistake on My Order. Can I Change/Cancel It?

Yes, you can modify your order within 24hrs of placing that order. Please contact Customer care via WhatsApp (+91 961-130-9091) / email (hello@somethingsbrewing.in) or phone (+91 961-130-9091) to cancel or alter your order.

Do note that coffee orders cannot be cancelled or modified once your order is processed by the roasters since your order would be customised for your roast level and grind sizes.

How Does My Coffee Order Reach Me?

We process all weekday orders with a 2:00 pm cutoff. Orders that are placed after 2:00 pm will be processed only on the next working day. The day that the order is processed is considered as the first day of fulfilment/ shipping.

When Will My Product/ Machine Order Ship?

We process all weekday orders with a 2:00 pm cutoff. Orders that are placed after 2:00 pm will be processed only on the next working day. The day that the order is processed is considered as the first day of fulfilment/ shipping.

Our team operates on weekdays from Monday to Friday (10am to 6pm)

Our partner courier services work all days of the week, but we do not guarantee delivery on Sundays and holidays (including national holidays).

Orders placed over the weekend (after Friday 2pm) will be processed only on the next working day (which is Monday).

How Do I Track My Order?

Every time an order is placed with us, an initial communication (confirmation email & WhatsApp message) is sent to your email and phone number. Once the order is processed and shipped, a second communication is sent to you with the status, followed by regular shipping updates. (Please do keep check your spam/junk folders)

My Tracking Status Is Stuck, How Can I Get an Estimated Delivery Time?

Sometimes our partners experience downtimes and the automated systems are not updated dynamically. Not to worry. Call us at our customer support number 961-130-9091 with your order number, and we will reach out to the roasters/ courier services and get you an update.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we have the received the returned shipment and your return has been processed, your refund amount will be processed immediately. However, kindly note that some banks take from 7 days to 21 days to complete the refund process.

The payment would be refunded to the Original Mode of Payment.

Received the Order and Want to Return My Items. What Should I Do?

We have a 7-day return policy. Please contact our Customer Support Team via WhatsApp (+91 961-130-9091)/email (hello@somethingsbrewing.in) or phone (+91 961-130-9091) to initiate returns and refunds of your order. We will refund the money once the product is received at our end. The refund amount will be decided based on the condition of the product received, and include a freight fee.

The following Freight charges will be deducted per product from your refund amount.

• ₹200 for order less than ₹5000

• ₹500 for ₹5000 - ₹10000 order

• ₹1000 for order more than ₹10000

Is International Shipping Available?
