Every cup of coffee tells a story—from where it’s grown to how it’s processed and finally brewed. In this advanced brewing session, Something’s Brewing, in collaboration with Kaapi Machines, will guide you through the journey of coffee.

You’ll dive into the origins of coffee, explore different processing methods, and then brew on the Hario V60 to experience how these factors shape the cup. Expect a knowledge-packed and flavor-rich session designed for brewers eager to refine their understanding and palate.

In this session, you’ll:

Learn about coffee origins and how geography shapes flavor

Understand processing methods (washed, natural, honey, etc.) and their impact on taste

Practice brewing with the V60 pour-over method

Taste and compare coffees from different origins and processes

Sharpen your ability to identify acidity, sweetness, and balance in the cup
