3 Coffee Recipes to Cosy Up | Monsoon Special Brews

There is a special kind of magic in savouring a steaming cup of coffee as the raindrops tap on your windowpane.   To make these monsoon moments all the more indulgent, we have three amazing yet easy-to-prepare recipes. From adding your own twists on classic coffee recipes to some new ones, each recipe is created to complement the cosy monsoon ambience.  1. French Vanilla Cappuccino   With its perfect blend of coffee, frothy milk and sweet vanilla, the French Vanilla Cappuccino is a treat for your senses. It makes the perfect drink for a cosy, flavourful coffee experience.  Ingredients:  1 cup of freshly brewed coffee or 1 shot of espresso  1/2 cup of milk of your choice  1 tablespoon of French vanilla syrup  Whipped cream (optional)  Vanilla bean or ground cinnamon for garnish (optional)  How to Fix the Beverage?  Brew Coffee: Brew a cup of black coffee or pull a shot of espresso.  Prepare the milk: You can heat and froth the milk using the espresso machine steam wand. Or, you can heat it in a saucepan and heat it over medium heat until it is hot but not boiling.  Then, froth the milk using a milk frother to create a good amount of foam.   Mix Coffee and Syrup: In a large mug, add the French Vanilla syrup to the brewed coffee (or espresso). Stir well.  Add Milk: Pour the frothed milk over the coffee mixture, holding back the foam. Then, gently pour the foam over the drink.  Garnish and Serve: You can garnish with whipped cream if desired. Or, sprinkle some ground cinnamon or a piece of vanilla bean for a decorative touch.   Enjoy your delicious French Vanilla Cappuccino! If you like to try different flavours of coffee, you can swap the French Vanilla syrup with any flavours that you prefer.  2. Cinnamon Latte  Savour the warmth of a Cinnamon Latte this monsoon. The blend of the warm latte with a hint of cinnamon spice makes it a comforting and delightful treat.  Ingredients:  1 shot of espresso or 1/2 cup of freshly brewed coffee  1 cup of milk of your choice  1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon  1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)  Whipped cream (optional)  Extra cinnamon for garnish  How to Fix the Beverage?  Brew Coffee: Brew a cup of black coffee or pull a shot of espresso.  Prepare the milk: You can heat and froth the milk using the espresso machine steam wand. Cold Brew with Ginger Ale   Are you one of those cold coffee lovers who like to sip on icy beverages even during the monsoon? Then, this Cold Brew with Ginger Ale recipe is for you.   Ingredients:  1 cup of Cold Brew   1/2 cup of ginger ale (adjust to taste)  Ice cubes  Honey (optional)  Lemon or lime wedge (optional)  How to Fix the Beverage?  Prepare Cold Brew: Start with 1 cup of Cold Brew coffee. You can use a store-bought Cold Brew or make your own.
