It is an eco-friendly and cost-saving alternative to the traditional paper dripper whilst still fulfilling its purpose of producing a quality brew. HOW TO USE
Step 1 : Set Filters Set filters in steady condition, Fill the filter with ground coffee. We recommend coarse to medium ground coffee beans. Estimated amount of coffee beans : Based on 0.4 oz (10 g) per serving. 20g for 2, 26g for 3 serving.
Step 2 : Pour hot water 1 At first, pour hot water slowly until the coffee is not falling, and steam for about 30 seconds.The powder is swelled.
Step 3 : Pour hot water 2 Once steamed enough, slowly pour hot water into the middle of the script.Don't break the walls of your coffee rim at this time.
Step 4 : Finish Once the expected amount is reached, remove the filter and you're done.

We have partnered with various courier services to fulfill your order. If we receive an order after 2:00 pm, then the next day will be considered as the first day of delivery/shipping duration. Our delivery service partners work on all days of the week but we do not guarantee delivery on Sunday and on any holidays.
Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your product if you would wish to return/exchange it. We shall initiate the pick-up of your product and initiate your refund/exchange post inspection of the product by our technical team. Refunds/Exchanges are only applicable under the below conditions
If there is any manufacturing defect which is hampering the optimal intended use of our products.
If you have received the product in a damaged condition; in this case, you need to inform us about the condition along with images within 24 hours of receipt of your order by you.
The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
Damages due to misuse of the product
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
Any consumable item which has been used/installed
Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
digital products/services
Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered
Charges for value-added services like express delivery, gift wrapping, personalization etc are non-refundable.
Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition which includes all price tags, labels, accessories, original packing and the invoice along with the product. And in the case of any manufacturing defects, we require the original packing, accessories and invoice even though the product may have been used by you.
