Lelit Elizabeth Dual Boiler with PID

The Lelit Elizabeth is a fantastic machine for those who want complete control over their espresso. The dual boiler is a game-changer—it allows me to pull shots and steam milk simultaneously without any drop in temperature. My only small gripe is that the steam wand could have been slightly longer for better maneuverability. But overall, it’s a professional-grade machine in a home-friendly size.

I love how quickly this machine heats up and maintains consistent temperature thanks to the PID. The steam power is great, though I find that it takes a little practice to get the right milk texture for latte art. Also, the water tank could have been slightly bigger, as it needs refilling quite often. Other than that, it’s a well-built, solid espresso machine for home baristas.
