The V60 name comes from its distinctive cone shape, set at a precise 60-degree angle, paired with spiral ribs along the inside and a single large hole at the base.
That combination is what makes the V60 behave differently from most other drippers. The spiral ribs let air escape as the coffee bed expands during blooming, and the wide single hole gives you direct extraction control simply by adjusting your pour speed. Pour slower and you extend contact time for a fuller cup, pour faster and you get a lighter, brighter one. Few drippers offer this much control from technique alone.

V60 Coffee Server 02 Set

1. Place a paper filter in the V60 dripper and rinse it with hot water to remove any paper taste and pre-warm the server.
2. Add medium-coarse ground coffee to the filter.
3. Pour a small amount of hot water to saturate the grounds and let them bloom for about 30 seconds.
4. Continue pouring in slow, circular motions, working from the centre outward, until you reach your target water weight.
5. Let the coffee finish draining fully into the server, then serve.
