Humble Express was not built on a grand vision. It was built on a quiet one. Two women, at very different moments in life, chose to begin again — not with investors or blueprints, but with sourced beans, an old home, and an honest belief that great coffee should be simple to find and impossible to forget. India grows extraordinary coffee. Estates in Coorg and Chikmagalur producing beans with flavour profiles that would surprise even the most well-travelled palate — fruity, floral, chocolatey, complex, and beautiful. And almost none of it was reaching the person who needed it most.

The everyday coffee drinker. Not the enthusiast with an expensive espresso machine. Not the barista who competes internationally. The person who just wants a genuinely good cup — without a course, without complicated equipment, without feeling talked down to. That person was being ignored. We built Humble Express to change that.
