About Bare Bean Roastery

Bare Bean Roastery is a micro-roastery based in Surat, built around a simple idea: coffee should tell you exactly where it came from.
Working with a handful of Indian growers, Bare Bean focuses on small-batch, roast-to-order coffee while sharing details such as origin, altitude, varietal, process, and roast date.
Their coffees showcase the diversity of Indian specialty coffee, with beans from regions including Chikmagalur, the Pulney Hills, Koraput, and Araku Valley. From anaerobic naturals to washed lots, each coffee is roasted in small batches on an Aillio Bullet R2 to bring out its distinct character.
