Chemex 3 Cup Classic Coffeemaker

Step 1: Open a CHEMEX Bonded Coffee Filter into a cone with your finger so that 3 leaves of the filter are to one side. Place that side against the spout in the carafe.

Step 2: Using a medium coarse grind, scoop one tablespoon of ground coffee for every 5oz cup into the filter cone.

Step 3: Wet the grounds and wait 30 seconds for them to bloom. Continue to pour water over the grounds until you reach your desired amount of coffee.

Step 4: Enjoy the perfect cup.
