Venkids Valley Estate – The Red Honey is a light roast specialty coffee grown at 1,000 MASL from Catuai varietals by Mr. Pavan Nanjappa. Processed using the Red Honey method, this coffee delivers a sweeter, more intense flavor profile with a rich mouthfeel. The cup reveals notes of juicy mango, delicate hibiscus, and smooth butterscotch, making it a vibrant and enjoyable coffee experience.

Ideal for filter brewing, this coffee is roasted lightly to highlight the process and the beans’ natural character. For best results, use a medium grind, 15 g dose, 1:17 ratio, and water at 95°C, brewing for 3–3:15 minutes with five equal pours every 30 seconds.
