Hoysala Estate - Naturals from Chikmagalur is a light roast specialty coffee made from Sachimore varietals grown at 1,050 MASL. Naturally processed on the historic Hoysala Estate, this coffee offers bright, jammy citrus notes complemented by the sweetness of dried apricots and a hint of dark chocolate. Grown using regenerative farming practices without chemical fertilizers, it reflects the expertise and care of Sunil, Mohan, and their families, making it a standout cup with balanced stone fruit sweetness and subtle orange acidity.

This coffee works beautifully as a filter, espresso, or small milk beverages like cortados and macchiatos. For pour-over, use a medium grind, 15 g dose, 1:16 ratio, water at 95°C, and brew for 3–3:15 minutes with three equal pours. For espresso, a 20 g dose with a 1:2.5 ratio and extraction time of 30–33 seconds at nine bars brings out the coffee’s full flavor. Degas for 10–12 days after roasting for the best results.
