<p>We have partnered with various courier services to fulfill your order. If we receive an order after 2:00 pm, then the next day will be considered as the first day of delivery/shipping duration. Our delivery service partners work on all days of the week but we do not guarantee delivery on Sunday and on any holidays.</p><p>Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your product if you would wish to return/exchange it. We shall initiate the pick-up of your product and initiate your refund/exchange post inspection of the product by our technical team. Refunds/Exchanges are only applicable under the below conditions </p><p><li>If there is any manufacturing defect which is hampering the optimal intended use of our products.</li> <li>If you have received the product in a damaged condition; in this case, you need to inform us about the condition along with images within 24 hours of receipt of your order by you.</li></p><p><b>The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:</b></p><p><li> Damages due to misuse of the product Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product</li><li> Any consumable item which has been used/installed</li><li> Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers digital products/services</li><li> Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty</li><li> Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered</li><li> Charges for value-added services like express delivery, gift wrapping, personalization etc are non-refundable. Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition which includes all price tags, labels, accessories, original packing and the invoice along with the product. And in the case of any manufacturing defects, we require the original packing, accessories and invoice even though the product may have been used by you.</p>
