In 2013, Matt Chitharanjan, Namrata Asthana and Shivam Shahi founded Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters in New Delhi to meet the demand of coffee lovers nationwide. Recognising a gap in the local coffee scene, Matt and Namrata embarked on this venture after relocating to Delhi in 2012.
