Discover the fundamentals of cupping as you taste five coffees from five different roasters, compare flavour profiles, understand what makes each cup unique, and develop your own tasting vocabulary. Participants also take home 20g samples of all five coffees. In this session, you’ll: Learn the basics and purpose of the global cupping method Taste and evaluate five unique coffees side by side Identify aromas, acidity levels, textures, and aftertastes Build your sensory memory and coffee flavour vocabulary Understand what influences flavour across roasters and origins Take home 20g sample of each coffee for further exploration
