Place filter paper in the Timemore Crystal Eye Glass Dripper.

Place the setup on the carafe.

Rinse the filter with hot water and discard the water.

Add 15g of ground coffee (for one cup) onto the filter paper.

Pour 30ml of hot water (92°C) over the ground coffee and start the timer.

Let it bloom for 30 seconds.

Slowly pour the remaining 180ml of water over the coffee bed in concentric circles.

Allow the brewed coffee to drip into the carafe.

After 3 minutes, remove the dripper and filter from the carafe.
