To start brewing with this dripper, you will need an Origami Dripper, coffee filter (preferably cone-shaped), coffee grounds, kettle, scale, and timer.

Place the filter paper in the brewer.

Rinse the filter with hot water and discard the water.

Add 15g of ground coffee (for one cup) onto the filter paper.

Pour 30ml of hot water (92°C) over the ground coffee and start the timer.

Let it bloom for 30 seconds.

Slowly pour the remaining 180ml of water onto the coffee bed in concentric circles.

Allow the brewed coffee to drip into the carafe.

After 3 minutes, remove the brewer and filter from the carafe. Your coffee is ready.
