The Bialetti Moka Express 6 Cup is the larger everyday version of Bialetti’s iconic stovetop coffee maker, designed to prepare a multi-serving batch of concentrated moka coffee in one brew. Its classic octagonal aluminium body, internal funnel and reusable metal filter use stovetop pressure to move hot water through ground coffee and into the upper chamber, producing a bold cup that can be served on its own or used as a base for milk drinks. The 6-cup size is well suited to households, shared breakfasts or users who want more coffee than the smaller 1- or 3-cup models provide. Use medium-fine coffee, fill the water only to the recommended level, level the coffee without tamping and brew over controlled heat to avoid scorching.
