Nestled in the picturesque Pollibetta region of Coorg, their 140-acre estate enables them to craft exceptional single estate coffees. It is renowned for its experimental flavours and award-winning quality.

They take pride in their Maverick approach to coffee, offering freshly roasted Arabica, Robusta, and blended varieties, ground and packed to order.

Maverick & Farmer, the brainchild of Sreeram G, Tej Thammaiah, and Ashish D'abreo, emerged in 2018 from the collaborative efforts of the founders of The Flying Squirrel. Each brings a unique expertise to the table, Thammaiah's background as a coffee producer at the Ajjikuttira family estates in Coorg-Pollibetta, D'abreo's proficiency as a roaster and barista, and Sreeram's extensive experience in strategic business operations, brand design, and advertising, form the cornerstone of their brand.
