Select Grid Size
Coffee grind size refers to the size of the ground coffee particles, which can range from coarse to fine. The grind size affects how much coffee is in contact with water during brewing, which in turn affects the flavor and strength of the coffee. Different brewing methods require different grind sizes to optimize the extraction process.
Extra fine: Similar to powdered sugar, this is the finest grind size and is used for Turkish coffee.
Fine: Slightly coarser than extra fine, this grind is similar to table salt and is used for espresso machines.
Medium Fine:Coarser than espresso but finer than V60, this grind is used for stovetop and moka pot coffee.
Medium:Similar to granulated sugar, this grind is used for pour-over and drip coffee makers.
Medium-coarse:Coarser than medium and similar to sea salt, this grind is used for Chemex and some pour-over devices.

These Hario paper filters are excellent for pour-over coffee. They fit perfectly with my V60 dripper, and the paper quality is great—no paper taste in the coffee, which is a big plus. The flow rate is just right, allowing for an even extraction without clogging up. But the filters sometimes stick together in the pack, so separating them can be a little tricky. But that’s a minor issue. Overall, a great product for anyone using a V60 or similar pour-over dripper.
These filters are a must-have if you're using a Hario V60! They are well-made, don’t tear easily, and give a clean cup without any unwanted flavors. I’ve tried some cheaper alternatives before, but they either clog too fast or leave a papery taste—this one does neither! That said, I do wish they were a bit more affordable in India. Since they are imported, the pricing is on the higher side compared to local options. But if you’re serious about your coffee, it’s worth it for the consistency and quality. Will keep repurchasing!
No paper taste, no clogging—just great coffee
A bit pricey, but the quality makes up for it.
