About the Expert: Mr. Vaibhav Bindal 

Vaibhav is a certified Q Grader and holds multiple certifications from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), reflecting his deep expertise in coffee quality and sensory evaluation. As the founder of Quick Brown Fox Coffee Roasters, he combines his technical knowledge with a passion for sourcing and roasting exceptional coffee.  

Session Flow:  

• Discussion on Post Harvest Processing and its effect on the quality of coffee  

• Cupping of Standard coffees Arabica & Robusta  

• Espresso and Pour-over tasting of Light, Medium and Dark Roasted coffees or 2 Different Blends  

• How to evaluate defects in coffee 

• Beverage menu buildup & classification 

• A Fun Skill Exercise, where the participants will work in groups, to examine how much they have learnt from the day’s program
