Peru Elver Coronel - Washed

Situated in the scenic La Flor del Norte village in Peru’s Huabal district, Elver Coronel’s farm benefits from a high altitude and cool, humid climate. These conditions encourage slow cherry maturation, which enhances complexity and depth in flavor. The farm cultivates Caturra and Bourbon varieties—renowned for their exceptional cup quality and ability to highlight the region’s distinctive terroir. For the natural process, cherries are floated in tanks right after harvest to ensure quality, then dried slowly on raised beds for 25–35 days, producing rich and fruity flavor notes.

Sidama Bensa - Aroresa Natural

Grown in the lush highlands of Sidama’s Bensa region, this coffee is processed at the renowned Aroresa washing station, which works closely with over 300 dedicated farmers. The high altitudes and fertile soils of the area allow for slow cherry development, unlocking delicate sweetness and layered complexity. Using traditional natural fermentation, the beans are carefully dried to highlight the region’s signature profile. Expect a clean, sweet cup bursting with floral aromatics, juicy mandarin, refreshing black tea notes, and vibrant stone fruit and berry undertones—a true showcase of Ethiopia’s legendary coffee heritage.

Prince Bubblegum, Pink Bourbon

Prince Bubblegum, Pink Bourbon is the signature coffee. Bursting with sweetness, complexity, and a delicate lightness, it offers a cup that feels both indulgent and refreshing. The buttery candy notes make it distinct, adding layers of charm to every sip. Perfectly suited for drinking over ice, this coffee provides a unique sensory experience that balances brightness with silky smoothness. What started as a chance discovery has become an unforgettable favorite—Prince Bubblegum is not just a coffee, but a testament to Edison’s craftsmanship and passion for excellence.
