Let’s celebrate and honour all the people involved in the coffee harvest by brewing something very special, The Harvest Blend! 

Tat Tvam Asi organic farm and home stay is run by Vishal Metha and his wife Aditi. Tucked in by a creek in the Eastern slopes of the Bababudan Giri mountain range, Chikmagalur – Karnataka.  

I visited the farm for the first time in 2019, and discovered the beauty of the natural world in this part of the Western Ghats. Vishal ‘s vision to produce small lots of high quality coffee grown organically, inspired me so much that we have been working together ever since. 

The harvest blend is a special edition of the best lots from Tat Tvam Asi, both natural and washed, carefully fermented and slowly dried to bring the best flavors and mouth feel forward. 

As you grind the coffee,  the fragrance of sweet cinnamon and blood orange will hit your nose. In the cup,  a symphony of sweetness like ripe red fruits, caramel and blends beautifully with a lively acidity.
