Prior to drying, dark red cherries are hand picked, floated in water, and sorted to remove any under ripe or overripe fruit. The coffee was then laid out on raised beds under the shade for 25 days, during this time coffee was raked and turned around every few hours for an even drying. The aromatics are intense and sweet, bustling with notes of Apricot, Guava, Red Apple & Dark Fruits. This Coffee has a nice fruit tonal character. The mouthfeel is very smooth & sweet. Reminds us of Red Guava, Plum, Berries & Grapefruit in the cup. Sweetly low-toned in structure but a Buoyant Finish. We shall initiate the pick-up of your product and initiate your refund/exchange post inspection of the product by our technical team. Refunds/Exchanges are only applicable under the below conditions
If there is any manufacturing defect which is hampering the optimal intended use of our products.
If you have received the product in a damaged condition; in this case, you need to inform us about the condition along with images within 24 hours of receipt of your order by you.
The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
Damages due to misuse of the product
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
Any consumable item which has been used/installed
Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers

Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered
Charges for value-added services like express delivery, gift wrapping, personalization etc are non-refundable.
Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition which includes all price tags, labels, accessories, original packing and the invoice along with the product. And in the case of any manufacturing defects, we require the original packing, accessories and invoice even though the product may have been used by you."
