Grey Soulâ„¢ Specialty Coffee Roasters began its journey at farms from Karnataka, Coorg, Kerala and Nagaland. What we noticed was a plethora of varietals, several processing approaches, different cultures, avid producers, but what bound them together was the love for Indian Specialty Coffee.
