Backcountry Himalaya is an experiment to introduce Himalayan coffee to the world. Unlike most south Indian coffee estates, coffee grown in the cold climate of the mountains has a distinct flavour profile due to the various environmental and geological factors. Our coffee farm is certified organic and uses a sustainable carbon-neutral process of agriculture. They are hand-picked, washed in glacier river, sun-dried and roasted in micro lots to ensure superior quality and care for each bean that goes through our farm.
