    Sourced from one of our newest partner farms, Ratnagiri Estate, this coffee gets its naturally complex flavours from Anaerobic Yeast Fermentation - a processing technique where yeast is added to coffee cherries. The unique floral flavours that this process yields include black tea, green apple, honey and coffee blossom. This coffee is heavy bodied with a long, sweet aftertaste, and is recommended for manual brewing. Our Producer Series is a celebration of our coffee producers’ commitment to innovation and quality. This series celebrates our highest scoring coffees grown on nano lots, created by some of India's most visionary producers experimenting with innovative processing techniques. All of our unique, limited edition coffees are lightly roasted to preserve and highlight their complexity of flavour.

The Roaster:

      When Blue Tokai started roasting in 2013, they had a small 1 kg machine that had them roasting for twelve to fourteen hours straight on most nights because of how small it was. Though they have grown, both, the size of the roasters (we now roast on two 12 kgs Probat machines) and the team, they continue to spend as much time, energy and resources on constantly pushing their roasting quality forward.
      They are consistently researching, testing and implementing best practices throughout their business to raise the bar. Cupping hundreds of green bean samples every harvest before making our final selections is standard procedure at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters. Holding advanced sensory training for junior roasters, and experimenting with processing at the farm level are just some of the ways that their highly skilled team is constantly evolving.

We have partnered with courier service/s to deliver products to customers. If the website receives an order after 2:00 pm, then its next day will be considered as the first day of delivery/shipping duration. Our delivery service partners work on all days of the week but we do not guarantee delivery on Sunday and on any holidays (including national holidays).

Our delivery service providers will make two attempts to deliver your order to you. Further to which the order will be returned back to us. In this situation, we can refund your order amount but we will be charging the following restocking fee will be deducted per product from your refund amount.

  • ₹200 for Less than ₹ 5000 order
  • ₹500 for ₹5000  - ₹ 10000 order
  • ₹1000 for more than ₹10000 order

Sometimes, the delivery may take longer due to

  1. Bad Weather
  2. Flight Delays
  3. Political Disruptions
  4. Other Unforeseen Circumstances

You have to contact the customer care centre with your order details to address the issue and we’ll arrange the pickup of your shipment at no extra cost to you.

In such cases, the delivery might get delayed (beyond 10 working days can be as 10-15 or 15-20 working days). The company and the website will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery

Responsibility on post-delivery

Once the user receives the ordered products, the user will be responsible for title and risk of loss for the ordered products.
